The audit: you can complete all 7 audit questions without providing any personal information.
Your score: your documentation burden score and band (low, moderate, or high) are calculated on your device.
Email and clinic name: only if you choose to enter your email (and optionally your clinic) to receive your personalized result. This is optional.
Basic technical data: the region-independent browser and device type, plus whether you came from a link or an ad — used only to understand how visitors find us.
How we use your information
To email you your audit result and personalized recommendation (once you opt in).
To respond when you book a demo or request early access.
To improve the audit and our product by understanding anonymous usage patterns.
We never
Sell or rent your information to anyone.
Use your data for advertising without permission.
Request payment details at any point on these pages.
Where data is stored
Information you submit is stored securely on cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services (us-east-1). Your email notifications are sent via Amazon SES as the sender info@vertexsautomations.com.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@vertexsautomations.com. We respond to privacy requests within 5 business days.
Children
These products are designed for licensed or in-training medical professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
